Uploaded Files
Any files uploaded to CSG Direct’s FTP via the Customer Portal are only stored for 30 days. After 30 days the files will be deleted. CSG Direct is not responsible for keeping these files longer than this given amount of time, unless specifically requested by the client. Restrictions may apply to storage requests. CSG Direct reserves the right to delete any uploaded files at any time for any reason. Uploaded files are not shared or sold to anyone outside of CSG Direct, nor are they used outside their intended purpose. All uploaded files are kept in a secure environment while in CSG Direct’s possession.Updates
Our privacy policy may change from time to time and all updates will be posted on this page.
